The mathematician Alan Turing introduced a concept in mathematics that describes how patterns in nature can arise from a uniform state. More properly known as reaction-diffusion patterns, they are commonly referred to as "Turing Patterns" in honor of the great British mathematician. In this version, I've created a Turing Pattern with a preference for the diagonal. The resulting pattern was then made to repeat seamlessly, and colored.
Available in five pattern scales (two are shown here), ranging from just 1.45 inches, up to 29 inches. Shown here in just a few of my favorite colors; many more variations are possible. Contact me to discuss customizing this fabric for your project.
