New! Enamel Pins from Studio Ten Design
I've been an avid collector of enamel pins for many years, and for years I've wanted to design my own pins. I finally decided to take a leap of faith and invest in getting my first enamel pins made. I'm happy to say that after many days of researching and contacting manufacturers, that my first collection of hard enamel pins has been made and shipped from the factory. And now, you can place a pre-order now for shipping as soon as they're available. So far, I have two collections available, with more on the way soon.
Pronouns, Y'all!
For the past five years, I've used the pronouns He/Y'all in my email signature at work, and business contacts get a big kick out of it when they notice it. It's funny because it's accurate. In the American South, you'll often hear people say "y'all" when referring to a small group of people, or even one individual. (For larger groups of people, we'll say "Alla Y'all" instead.) It truly is the best pronoun to use when you aren't sure of a person's gender or their preferred pronouns.
Used in a sentence:
"Could y'all get the manager for me? I need to talk to them about putting up flyers for my cake walk at the Church Bazaar next month."
So, I thought maybe I should make some pronoun pins people could wear to display their preferred pronouns. I was *stunned* when a search online turned up ZERO results for these pins... and then I knew I had to make them! I worked up a design, contacted the manufacturer I'd chosen, and after only minor tweaks, I'm happy to say the pins have been made, and are currently en route to my spare-bedroom/studio/distribution facility. There are 60 each of three styles (seen above) to choose from, and you can pre-order your favorites by clicking the link below.

Cobweb Heart
My next design is for anyone that loves Halloween as much (or—gasp!—more) than I do. If your heart is filled with cobwebs, then this is the pin for you. I made two versions, both in shiny hard enamel: black, with shiny gold cobwebs, and....
a special Glow-in-the-Dark version in black dyed metal! This one costs a bit extra, but it will be well worth it! Check out the preview of the glow:
Naturally, these are just mock-ups until I get the real pins in hand and photograph them. I hope I've got the glow right in this image. But even if it only glows a little bit, it will be a fun addition to any ghoul's enamel pin collection.
Both of these are expected to start shipping around October 6, 2024. If you pre-order now, you'll be one of the first to get these, and you'll get them in plenty of time to wear during spooky season. Now shipping!
I'm working on new designs now. I have some ideas for more enamel pins for Halloween/Dia de los Muertos, but I doubt I'll get them made in time for this year's spooky holidays. Y'all let me know if you'd be interested in buying those before next year anyway.
What other designs should I make? Should I branch out into woven/embroidered iron-on patches too?
